You see, I fall in the third category. The only problem is, it's impossible to find someone who will discuss criminal psychology and torture techniques with me. And I find discussions about that particular character, never mind the plot points and ins and outs of a bombing campaign, tend to scare people off.
And for me, I need to discuss so I can get inspired so I can write, which kind of sucks. ^^;;
