I was all set to be super-sad that it isn't getting a simultaneous UK release and wondering whether I should cough up for the shipping (I like paying for books, the shipping fees not-so-much) or wait-and-hope... and, er, I walked into a bookstore in Stockholm and it was *right there on the shelf* (naughty bookstore, putting it out a few days early). So, er, now I'm a happy book-having person. And yay for book!
