I feel bad about asking this question in case you've answered it elsewhere on your journal, but I worry incessantly about this:
Brick-and-mortar store purchases are best
But if I preordered from Amazon during your release week, will it still count towards sales and making it on the bestseller list? (I'm unable to drive [I don't have a license] out to a store to buy the book in person, and I really want to support you as best I can, if I can.)
