Your position on it totally makes sense! It wouldn't exist if not for Subterranean, so they get to decide what it costs. I'm not in a position to acquire it despite how much I wish I could, but I still wouldn't ever assume we *deserve* to have it for free just because it's been written.
You're extraordinarily generous with your fans already. That doesn't mean you shouldn't get paid for your work.
