My husband and I were married by a dear friend of ours. His husband, their partner, and many of our gay friends attended.
My grandfather was surprised to see "so many out, gay people" at the wedding. I looked him in the eye and said, "Why shouldn't they be out? This is Massachusetts!"
I want all my friends, in every state, to have the right to marry whoever they love. That's a large part of why I'm voting for Obama. And he's a geek. That helps. :)
