Thanks for providing this info. It is useful to know how to best support the people whose work I enjoy. I am not always sure how to make my purchase as effective as possible, in this regard.
I also have to tell you that discovering your books (and the Mira Grant books) last year, was one of my highlights of 2011. Thank you for the all the stories. They have brought a lot of enjoyment to my life, even if they have also meant bleary morning-afters as a result of being unable to put the book down the night before :)
