Seriously, I will write to them thanking them for saying that, because if it's a rights problem then there's nothing they can do about it (apart from trying to educate the publisher, which they say they already do). Unlike B&N who didn't tell me "must have a US address" until after they'd got my credit card details (minus the address, but that's easy to look up), the fraudsters.
