I didn't, since Kellis-Amberlee doesn't affect birds. (That's why Georgia can have chicken breast for dinner but all remaining cattle farms go to feeding the research zombies, since even a dead zombie can give you the active form.** So bye-bye all mammalian meat... and any mammalian predator that can't reproduce at under 40 lbs.*)
Though now I wonder if the birds can get the original Kellis flu strain, since they can carry influenza. So they get the flu cure, but not the zombie plague (or cancer cure). Stupid waterfowl.
* Does make you wonder if borderline predators/omnivores are getting smaller, since they now have a severe selection pressure against getting bigger than 40 lbs.
** There's a scene at the celebration dinner where Buffy is all like 'I know a guy who ate vat-grown beef and it tasted like teriyaki tofu' and Georgia's parents were all 'yeah, we remember beef, and it really doesn't'.
