A question for you InCryptid folks.

So say I was going to go back and write some more Johnny and Fran stories. And say those stories were going to fill in the gaps between the stories that already exist (or are forthcoming, which I know, is a little harder to predict).

What stories do you feel were "skipped"?
What would you like to see them deal with or encounter?
What's missing?

Suggest whatever you like: I'm just trying to get a feel for the shape of things. Speak me wisdom!

I don't have any specific ideas at the moment, but would definitely love to read more Johnny/Fran stories. :-)
(Even though "The Last Fall" caused me a nervous breakdown. Really not the kind of story one should read while early pregnant and on sick leave because of pregnancy complications... :( Very strong and great story, though, just really bad timing on my part. And the pregnancy complications turned out well in the end, which hopefully the whole pregnancy will, too, any of these days... :P)

...oh honey no. No, that was not a good story to read while pregnant.

But hey, baby coming! Yay baby!

Any day now! :-)

Oooh yeah. There's a list of "things not to read while pregnant." Funny thing is that I did read one of those books (can't remember what it was at the moment) and it never occurred to me to worry, because it was so obviously fiction. (Also wasn't having problems with *that* pregnancy.)

I don't think I would have reacted this badly if I had merely been pregnant, without any complications. I'm normally quite confident about these things, and yeah, fiction.
It just was a particular phase where I had to lie in bed for weeks and it wasn't quite sure whether everything would turn out okay (which it did, thankfully), so my nerves were... tense, to say the least. I was reading to distract myself. That was not a good time to read this particular story.
